At The Window Film Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your stock-sized products, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging and unused. Please note that custom-cut films or bespoke designs are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  Request a Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the film in its original protective tube to prevent creasing during transit. Clearly mark the outside of the package with your RMA number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
